Refund Policy

AdvocacyEd strives for client satisfaction and service quality. All services are delivered under a written contract or agreement, which specifies the scope of work, payment terms, and conditions for refund or termination of services. Clients should refer to their individual contract for details specific to their engagement.

  • Consultations: Free consultations are non-refundable.

  • Service Fees: Refunds may be issued only if services have not yet begun or if there is a verifiable service error on our part.

  • Partial Refunds: If work has started but not been completed, partial refunds may be considered based on the value of completed deliverables, as outlined in the signed contract.

  • Contract Termination: Either party may terminate services according to the terms stated in the contract. Any refunds or balances due will be calculated in accordance with those terms.

  • How to Request: Email cgaskins@advocacyed.com within 10 business days of service completion to request a review.
